#1 What are the signs that an older male co-worker may be interested? I think he is but not for certain. ( i work in a factory not an office so it's not like i can tell because he's constantly dropping into my office) #2 as a 23 year old female, how do i let him know i am interested without embarrassing myself and stepping over the line ?

aunt honesty agony auntThat is a tough question, because first off everyone shows different signs of liking someone. If you like him and you are interested then express this to him, but make sure first off that he is single before you pursue him. Just keep it casual ask him would he like to meet for a coffee or something a day and see how he responds.
