 Chigirl had some good ideas. Also some things to try, stop before you get too close (don't just sit on the edge waiting for the "edge" to go away) or you'll a) be torturing yourself and b) not be able to last much. As well, some common tips include counting things like stripes on the wall or something. Also it helps to make your motions smaller. Focus more on moving your pelvis around (ask her what she likes from that) so that you rub things. It won't feel like as much stimulation for you since you're avoiding the in and out motion, but it might feel like even more than usual for her.
