chelay is verified as being by the original poster of the question yeahh he does do that sometimes(the not talking then talkin thing and the play fight thing)
and to the girl.. i cant really just ask myself because this is gonna sound bad but i dated his brother and it didnt turn into anythingg serious:/ im afraid that that may be a reason for him not too and if he says no then it would just make our friendship weird..

He'll tease you, look at your through the corner of his eye then look away when you see him, he'll gently play fight with you, talk to sometimes then suddenly not talk to you. There are a million things he could do. Does he do anything like this?
