Is it possible that she is just not comfortable with herself enough yet to have that level of intimacy? I mean, if it is good for her, and she gets off then I cant understand being reserved and stoic during that. Try looking up or even google different ways to go about the oral sex, maybe one will wow her. Or get her involved in it too, introduce a toy while doing it.  There are other signs that sometimes a woman is not aware she is giving off, like if her hips rock and tilt, or if her breathing becomes shorter and gasping. Also, look up and see what her nipples are doing. For the most part, they will be erect and hard if she is aroused.
Another little bedroom game you can try playing is have her guide your head with her hands. See where she takes it and how she reacts. Tell her you want her to show you how to please her.
Really though, if a girl isn't enjoying oral she will just move things along to sex, or call it a night. If you're asking and she says it's fine, then it most likely is.
