I generally ejaculate about 3-5ml, which I read is normal, but is there an herbal supplement or something that helps? I exercise regularly, eat well and take a good multivitamin.

reader, anonymous, writes (25 January 2011): Well what worked for me was ,that I took all the supplements possible(VB,D and protein).But what helped the most is that me and my wife stopped having sex for 3-4 days and durin these days I masturbated but stopped at the end so I didn't cum. That really made a difference.

There are good supplements out there for weight lifting that are excellent and since u exercise regularly they should have increased benefits alongside ur main purpose of taking it in the first place. Ill recommend muscle milk vanilla and eas dark chocolate whey proteins. Best to you man.

 Vitamin C Vitamin D and zinc. apparantly does the trick. I've also heard that the Herb MACA makes it thicker. If all else fails go and see your family planning clinic.
