 you're going on a date with her right? well most girls i know only date guys they like. i recommend watching a horror as she might be more likely to grab your hand saving you a job. Anyway as your walking just loosley put your arm around her and just go with what feels right! good luck hun. let me know how it goes =D xxx

 Okay, let's work on the holding hands part first since I'm guessing from your post that you're quite young. Therefore there's no need to rush. Holding hands is easy but needs to be approached carefully. If her hand is in touching distance lightly knock the back of her hand with yours and then move it away just a little, then let your hands touch for a little while and then finally if you're feeling brave just say to her "I'd really like to hold your hand. Is that okay?" I can't see her refusing somehow!

if nothing happens but you are getting the right vibes then i perhaps try linking arms as you walk her home/to the bus/car and give her a kiss 'on the cheek'when you part - you don't want to be too pushy just in case she's not feeling it.
