 ok,im 13 as well and im not looking for sex either! what you should do is kiss him first. guys don't always like doing the work, so you should make a move on him and whatever happens happens. cuddle or kiss whatever it is your thinking just do it! I know it's hard but its worth it ok.:)

Your young and shouldn't be on websites worrying about a boy getting more close with you...read a book and study with him kissing and all that wait till your 15.
