 You can't make someone love you. I'm sorry if that is painful to hear. She obviously love him, despite how he treats her. If you can handle it, be her friend. Maybe, one day she will realize that there are good guys out there and that you are it.
But pursuing a women who is already in a relationship is never a good idea, you will most likely end up as some "mistake" or the "rebound guy" if you do press it.
