writes:I am in love with 22 year old , and i am 16. our families are best friends, and we talk ocassionally. our families are so close that i call his parents mom and dad. we have been on a vacation together, because our families went together. but we spent the time together, and we got along really well and we flirted a little. he goes to college out of state and live in kentucky, and i live in ohio. i see him on breaks like winter and thanksgiving, and ocassional weekend visits home. i want to try to get with him this christmas break. what should i do to accomplish this? and how do i know if he doesnt look at me as just a little sister?

secondly....your families are very good friends what if u jeopardize their friendship??
My parents are friends with a couple who has 2 guys. i wasnt seeing them regularly but weve always respected our parents friendship.
now,if u really like this guy wait till hes done with college. be nice to him and friendly.

 well first id like to say im glade to see someone in here from my own state lol second u need to make sure he doesnt already have a gf where he is then after that its up to u to decide whether ur ready to be accepted or rejected consider all the possiblities of cause and effect if u have to make a plus delta chart do it remember that there is a big age difference and that u r a minor and hes not u should also consider maybe waiting a year or two till ur 18 u know him better then anyone else in here so do what u think is best hun GOOD LUCK AND I HOPE THINGS WORK OUT!
