writes:hey theremy ex girlfriend of nearly 1 year broke up with me . were got a party to attend on Saturday as we are mutual friends with the birthday boy . well on that Saturday it would be the 9th day we're broken up . my question is when i do see her how do i act? what do i say ,do i confront her ?? i don't want to act clingy or pleading/begging for her back as that would be a turn off to her .. and they say . or i don't want to ignore her too much as she will think ive moved on . i do love her and want her back what do i do?? very confused .

 Say hi, maaaybe give her a smile, and then go talk to someone else. Don't ignore her completely, but don't engage in conversation with her unless she is the one who starts talking to you. Have fun and enjoy the party, she's just there, but there are many others you can focus your attention on.
