 Shower head. Aim the water at your clitoris and enjoy. Do not push anything up inside you, simply use the pressure of the water on your clitoris for stimulation. If you can not feel enough, either increase the water pressure, or screw off the shower head so you get the water directly from the hose and get enough pressure on your clitoris.
