the pill works by preventing your eggs to attach to the lining of the uterus when the egg is fertilized. you need to be on the pill for a full month to be guaranteed pregnancy prevention. hope this helps, and there should be an instruction booklet with your pills.

hlskitten agony auntBlimey its been years since i was on the pill. I think its a week, but dont quote me on it! It might even be cycle related. If i was you, i would google it. Just type in the name of your pills & loads of sites will come up on it.
