 A lot of boys and men are going to like you during your life. Don't chase them, but smile and say hello. If they really like you they will ask you out. If they are shy, I have found out that if they like you enough, they get over that shyness.
Just enjoy the attention and don't worry. Some boys just like to flirt and seek attention as well. When you meet the right boy for you - you won't have to wonder.

 basically self explanatory, i.e. if he hugs you, puts his arm around you, always wants to talk to you, stares at you, you can just tell he likes you. or if he never talks to you, doesn't ever look at you, not interested etc. he obviously doesn't like you.
