How can we maintain a relationship and see each other more?

A female United States age 26-29, anonymous writes:

alright so since august i've liked this guy john and he likes me but i only see him when my mom's friend comes to a party and brings her son and john. unfortunately thats twice a year, once in the summer and again at my house for new years eve. this new years we pretty much spent the whole night flirting and just joking around. id nudge him he'd nudge me back. it went from nudging to groping to kissing in a matter of 3 hours. he's a year younger than me (i'm 15) and he lives 20 minutes away which is kind of far for a 15 year old girl with strict parents and no car. so what i'm wondering is if anyone has any ideas of how we can get together more than twice and possibly maintain a relationship (well like you know as much as a relationship as two people our age can have)

You can try to convince your parents to trust you more. And ask for permission to see him. Like meet up at the movies or something.
