Before you even tell him you love him, you need to get to know him and speak to him. You need to let him get to know you, so that means that you need to go up to him and introduce yourself to him.Get to know him, take your time so you know what he's really like, and then see how you feel. But don't just make a move without getting to know him.

 First, have a simple conversation with him. He can't fall in love with you until he gets to know you. Right now, you are experiencing a severe crush, strong feelings for him, and as you've never spoken, you really don't know him. You have to get to know someone before you know if you truly "love" him.
