How can I nudge him to want to get out of his parent's house?

I started dating a friend of mine about 6 months ago, and he has mentioned moving in with me. Now that we are getting even closer he stopped mentioning it and avoids the topic of us getting a place together. A dear friend of ours is pregnant and wants us all to get a house closer to the city. My boyfriend and I have talked about it and he is stuck on living with his parents even though he is getting ready to turn 21. How can I nudge him to want to get out of his parent's house?
