How about telling him exactly how u feel.. tell him u think hes so cute but are scared of moving too fast and getting hurt.. & that at d same time ud hate to lose out on him as a friend and becoming just another girl in his life.. And add a big hug at the end of this.
U at least deserve a little proof from his side of some emotional availability. Coz a real nice guy (read:gentleman) wudnt do what he did 2u..Like Casanova once said ' be the flame ,not the moth ..' A guy in love is easier to control but guy in lust will just get up and leave once hes got what he wants ..

 frankly speaking you can do without such a person in your life. all he wanted was a one night stand and if you hook up with him thats all it can ever amount to. from what i gather you want more so look elsewhere coz you definately arent going to get what you want with him. good luck.
