 i think dat you should talk 2 him a bit more....become his friend...good friend...and then see if he feels da same way.if he doesnt then dats just crap.  Talk to him more often.
When you tak to him, look at him at his eyes. Make sure to use a lot of body language like touching your hair, touching/teasing the guy you like often. Smile a lot and always try to pay attention to what he says.
