Hai, My girlfriend is coming round my place very soon, Last time when I was with her we relaxed in this hammock in the forest near by, This then gave me the brilliant idea of having the same sort of thing near my place, Seeing as school starts back soon, And we both know, This year we wont be in the same class. So I wanted our last proper time alone to be special, See what I mean ?

Now, It's not going to be dark, So I can't use the old romantic candle thingy. I was planing on laying down a trail of roses to the place, But this all depends on the weather.

But, I need some help on what to bring, Like food or other things to make it even more romantic.

Thanks In Advance.

Elliot ,

Here is the deal man. Being too romantic can look staged. Think about it. If a girl comes over you have rose petals leading up to a dinner table with a bouquet on the table,

sensual jazz cascading in the dimly lit background...

Thats not real romanticism my man, its a charicature. You know what I mean.

You want to be romantic and memorable? avoid cliches.

What makes you and your girl special, what is she into. What does she do....

Use those things. Say she is into music. Lay out cut outs of notation leading up the table, the lyrics for a love song set as the place mat. Candles are a great tool, dont over do it, but you can use them.

Flowers are great, but roses are cliche, use something vibrant with babies breath in the bouquet. You have to be original man, thats what girls remember. Not repitious same thing over and over again, candles, wine , pasta, rose petals, a massage...

its a routine bro. Its all been done before. Be specific to your girl.

let me know how it goes.
