writes:dear agony men and women. ive only just been told about this site and told it was really good anyway. i really need advice and ideas on how to get an ex boyfriend back we've been seperated for a few weeks and had no contact since, but i still really like him.im not sure if hes found anyone else yet but i would like to try, what i really want to do it go to the place where i meet him and just look like im enjoying myself and to maybe try and make him jelous. is there any more ideas or things to do i dont really want to text or phone him. we where only going out for a few weeks. plz,plz help.All the best-happy new year.

reader, anonymous, writes (2 January 2008): It doesn't work that way I'm afraid. If your boyf liked you he would go back to you himself on his own terms. Jealousy doesn't work, it only makes you like pathetic & desperate in his eyes.
Just move on with your life, there's plenty of more guys out there.

Hmm i'm not sure if making him jealous is neccasry the best approach to getting him back... and it all depends on how and why you split up... maybe you should just try telling him how you feel, as going down the 'make him jealous' route rarely ever works....
