How can I learn to "squirt" when I orgasm?

How can I learn to "squirt" when I orgasm? My bf really gets turned on by this (and no, he has never asked me to learn or anything, I want to try to learn on my own). We are both in our middle 20s and have been dateing for over 2 years, and are very serious about each other. I have heard some diffrent theories on how women can learn to squirt while orgasming, and I was really wondering if any female out there has taught herself how and how I could also learn. Some of the theories that I have heard is that it can be done through the g-spot, and anouther main one is to just not hold back that "needing to urinate" sensation right at the peak before climax. Please note that I do not mean the regular getting wetter while orgasming, but an actual squirting out of the cliterous (much like how a male cums, but obviously without any sperm... or urine). So please, if you know how I might ACTUALLY acheive such a thing, please let me know, but please no speculations.

thank you very much!

My best friend and I just tried this, and yup, it works. I am 40 years old and had heard about squirting but had never experienced it.....

The one finger works for me!!!! And I can't believe we found my g-spot! I have had orgasms before, but never like this!!!!

A female reader, anonymous, writes (17 June 2011):

i am only 15 years old and i leaned to squirt when i first started fingering. i thought i peed but when i was it was clear and didnt smell like pee i reralized it was cum, i was amazed! i was like 12 at the time. when i got fingered by boyfriends(or girlfriends) i would squirt everytime, when i had sex, the same thing happened, but i could never do it during oral. but over the years i've learned how to and i cum on my boyfriends face almost everytime he licks my pussy

so aquirting feel sensational! and an orgasm is the release of tension, so if you squirt while having an orgasm, it makes the Orgasm way more intense and sensual.if your going to try to squirt here are tips :)

1) GO PEE! you want to make sure you have an empty bladder before you engage in any activity that will make you squirt.

2) push! if it feels like your going to pee just remember that you already went and you have nothing to pee out :P so when you get the sensation to pee, push out like your having a baby and you should squirt

i've showed a few of my girlfriends how to squirt and they love it! not only does it feel AMAZING, but most men think its super ;) good luck ladies, hope i helped :)

I'm in my 40s and had never squirted. I had been with this guy a few times having outrageous sex but still hadn't squirted. I asked him about it and he put his fingers in me and 30 seconds later, I was squirting. I didn't feel like he was looking for a particular spot, he did have his palm up but he wasn't pushing or cupping his fingers. Now it happens every time I am on top of him. I don't feel the peeing sensation and I don't have to do anything like push out. It just happens and once it does, it doesn't stop until we change positions. I don't even know it's coming until I feel lots of wetness all over everything. For me, it is nothing like an orgasm. It's more like a huge, relaxing release. I love it!!!!

i have been squirting for about a year and i think the secret is 'pushing' your muscles when you orgasm rather than 'pulling' them it is often easier during a g-spot orgasm, but you can learn with a clitoral orgasm too! it takes practise and might feel weird [like you're wetting the bed] at first but it is well worth it! goodluck!

after trying it for about an hour with my boyfriend i didn't think i was able to squirt.. but the other night it happened when i wasn't even thinking about it. My boyfriend and i we're having anal sex while i used a very powerful massager on my clit. After i already had an orgasm once i kept the massager on my clit and this very amazing and intense feeling came over me.. then suddenly i had another orgasm and i felt this liquid come out. my boyfriend said it was clear and kind of just poured out of me. I think if i didn't stop there it would have squirted everywhere. :)

A female reader, anonymous, writes (10 March 2011):

It is EXTREMELY variable...but in general, for me, if my clit or vagina continues to be stimulated during my initial orgasm I squirt! It's moderately difficult to fight the urge to just ride out the orgasm (particularly if you're stimulating yourself with a vibrator or finger) but sooooo worth it. If you're at all worried about the mess, try it out in the shower. I literally had about 6-8 back to back orgasms and squirted with at least half of them, during my shower about an hour ago!

With a male partner, the same thing worked - just fight against the "ride it out/just lay there in bliss" urge and your body just gets overloaded. Position hasn't mattered, I ruined the sheets in a guy-on-top, full body contact position.

You just have to experiment on your own to see what works. I've only been able to achieve this for about a year. Before that, having an orgasm with a partner never happened so I quit having sex for months and tried out a few different vibrators. Now i can orgasm within 5 minutes with a guy, and squirt shortly after. For toy play I recommend the Platinum Jack Rabbit. Pricey but worth it! Good luck!

This is so damn hot. I'd really like to believe this is something any woman can do. I've been lucky enough to achieve this with two girls and I really would love it if it happened with my current girlfriend. A reader, anonymous, writes (25 December 2010):

I think it is possible for all women. My current girlfrined can and we both have only experienced it with each other, I am pretty sure my previous partners would also have been capable although none ever did.

Girls be completly relaxed and have complete trust in your partner, It is your orgasm and you are in controll of it, we guys only provide the stimulus, you make it happen. When you feel a need to pee during sex that is the time to do it, Push in you vagina, push hard, when my girlfriend is gushing or squirting she is pushing me out, occasionaly she does if I dont push back.

Guys, Be selfless stimulate her G spot it is only about 2 to 5 cm in, slow shallow thrusting works best, a big cock is not going to help you here, mix it up with some deaper strokes. You can also stimulate the clitoras with your hand if the position allows for it, I find less direct clitoral stimulation works best, stimulae the labia, hood and side of the clitors rather than the tip, you want to try and avoid bring her to a quick clitoral orgasm. You are also going to need some staying power, at least until you girl knows what she is doing. If you cum first keep going, any seamen you have ejeculated will seem like nothing once she starts.

Be prepared to get wet and embrace it, I used to hate the mess with sex and sleeping in a wet patch, I used to try wipe things up, Once your girls starts squrting that is impossible, you would need to change all the sheets after sex. Her cum has no smell or odour, it is not urine, embrace the wetness enjoy it against you skin, sleep in it, I love it when she squirts and the feeling the cum squirting on me and running down my balls, It is such a turn on.

It can happend in most sexual positions but the first time with us was in a side by side facing each other position, this is a very non dominant position and both partners have good controll of penertration depth and angle. Now that she knows what she is doing, girl on top will always result in massive ammounts of gushing and squirting.

Hope this helps someone or a couple experience what is amazing sex.

I have been trying to squirt for a year! i was trying a few days ago. alone is the best way to start, so you get to understand this sensation its hard to catch it with someone distracting you....i can tell you exactly how to do it you have to relax your muscles completely they key to squirting what so many people fail to mention is that you can feel the the outside of the vagina swell you can make it swell by pushing out like you are forcing your self to pee...stimulate your g spot to get it going then stimulate your clit when you feel the sensation to urinate dont clench your muscles keep pushing and stimulating your clit and dont stop pushing until it reaches its peak, keep going it will squirt or seep out until you get to know how to control the squirt.....its the best feeling even and to know you squirted make you feel like you are the sexiest woman alive:) stimulate and push ...and it will happen!!! i kid you not i did not believe I could do it until i did it!!:).....let me know how this works for you and i will clear up anything you don't under stand k...good luck , but you can do it we all can!!

The first time I did this i was masturbating with my vibe and it was all clitorial. I was 18. It never happened again till i got together with my now husband. It happens when I feel him hitting my G spot, I have to be totally turned on. It doesnt happen all the time but when it does I am relaxed.

When I masturbate I can orgasm about 10 times in an hour. Maybe more. I only stimulate my clit with nothing entering me. Well only after I have had maybe my fifth orgasm, I gush...

I don't try, for me it just happens. But when It is about to happen you can feel it.

Good Luck

to the person who said it is not something to learn and only a few achieve it. EVERY woman can do it. depends on how bad you want that climax. you have to be comfortable and relaxed. some owmen can do it their first time some women takes a while but if the sex and masterbation is good any woman can do it. some women don't care to do it. i'm 25 years old been in a relationship for 3 years now and 4 months ago i acheived that squirt and it was amazing. i did it first by masterbating then i surprised him later on that day. now every time we have sex the squirt happens. we play alot i stimulate myself whie talking dirty to him then he stimulates me with his hands then we get to business and it's great. it helps alot to have a partner who cares that you get your orgasm and is patient on getting his. he will do anything to give you that pleasure of desire because that pleasure gives him his pleasure. keep it up girls and have fun. :) a woman squirting is the best part of the art of sex.

I squirted and didn't even know. 8 years of sex & orgasms but nothing like this. My husband & I like standing doggie because of the g-spot but this time I had locked my knees straight & touched the floor. Because of this position I was bent as far as possible & my stomach had done the"pushing"for me. After trying not to cum for like 10 minutes, then when I just couldn't any longer, it suddenly felt like I pissed all over him. When I realized it couldn't have been urine, I was amazed. My entire body quivered & that position makes it better because of the head rush. ;) hope this helps.

I tried and tried and tried, and the way I finally did it was standing in the shower. Even though I thought that I was relaxed enough to do it in my bed, I guess I had a mental block that I was scared I would pee or something. I laid down and stimulated my gspot for about 10 min, then went in the shower (didn't turn the water on) with one leg up on the side of the tub and rubbed the gspot more. It immediately came out! I couldn't believe it bc I thought I had tried everything and just wasn't capable of it.

A female reader, anonymous, writes (19 August 2010):

I taught myself.

All you have to do, is, when you feel like you're about to climax, push down, as if you were going pee, and hold it.

Keep stimulating either the clitoris or the g-spot, until you feel that you're ready to cum, even then, DON'T LET GO.

Keep pushing down until you can't anymore and your orgasm comes full blown, once this happens, you'll squirt!

At first it will be just a little bit, and you may accidentally stop yourself naturally, because you think that it's urine. It's not!

Go pee before sex, empty your bladder so that you KNOW it's not urine!

Keep practicing!

Have fun!

A female reader, NatreeRose United States +, writes (12 July 2010):

NatreeRose agony auntALL WOMEN CAN SQUIRT. I'm a believer, because it happened to me lastnight after reading this forum and doing some research on my own. It's not true that only a few women can do it, it's just a matter of tuning into your body and discovering how it works for you.

I think the problem for some of us who try to do it and can't is just the level of comfort and having trouble just LETTING GO and making sex all about us. It's okay to just lay back and let him go to town, close your eyes and just relaaaax your body. I wasn't even sure I had a G-spot because I had never found it before. But he gave it a try, and although at first it just felt like he was poking my bladder, after relaxing it started to feel really really good! I read that when you are about to ejaculate it feels like you're gonna pee, and just to push it out when it comes.

So this is what worked for me; After him trying to stimulate my G-spot in different positions (me on my back, on my side, with my hips elevated..) the one that made it happen was being on all fours and him fingering me from behind. I was really aroused by this point so that might've been why it happened so quickly, but when I felt like I had to pee I just pushed it out and there it was! It was like a warm gush, and it felt so amazing. It didn't spray all over but just gushed out and my boyfriend was SO pleased. It excited him more than anything we have ever done together!

I think every woman should give this a try... just remember to RELAX and enjoy!

A female reader, Squirts Australia +, writes (21 April 2010):

OMG

I just read this column, took the advice and squirted for the first time in my life!!

I'm so f*****g excited!

I stood on my tippy toes, hips forward in the bathroom looking at the mirror. Used my left hand (non dominant) to mimic a penis going up and down to rub my G spot and used my right hand to stimulate my clit. I can usually make myself cum in around 40 seconds by just doing my clit but this was taking longer (like 2 mins) and I was wondering if I would cum at all! Still I persevered, closed my eyes and remembered the piece of advice that said "wait for the G spot orgasm, you will be glad you did" I could feel myself getting closer, then the sensation to pee was there - I didn't try and stop it.

As I orgasmed, I kept rubbing my G spot as well as my clit until my legs shook..

After I looked at my hand and saw a small patch of moisture at the base of my finger. I turned my hand over and saw my cum all over it - couldn't believe it! Never happened before! Strangely though, it actually looked like male cum?? Anyway, I'm so stoked and I can't wait to do it with someone else :)

So keep the faith girls, it must be in all of us!

It took me a while but I was able to learn. It never felt like I had to pee though. It just came out of nowhere when my fiance was fingering me. I had just learned to push my vaginal muscles like I was trying to push something out and after a couple years of strengthening the muscles in that general area it came gushing out. I was able to do it multiple times the next day (without orgams every time) and now I just can't stop. It is different for every woman as to how you learn or how it feels but keep working. You will love it once it happens

A female reader, Gul United States +, writes (23 April 2009):

Yes, there is a way to learn. At first try to massage your G spot on your own, when you are alone, and you'll feel some hit and liquid running out of you, few spoons.

I did standing in the bathroom, when I was just trying to find out if I even have G-spot.

When he tried to do this to me , first time and many others it did not happen.

Farther, it's good if your partner holds his penis and with it's head goes across your G-spot and back to clitoris in repetitive manner. You can strain your muscles down there as if you decided to pee, and it will start happening. I helped myself by thinking that I just want to pee all over the place and do not care. You might not notice at first, if liquid went inside of you, although sex will become very slippery, and sheets will get wet.

Farther, with every new sex session it will come more often, feel like a warm spring, and if he does not stop stimulating those areas with his penis, and you don't relax muscles down there, you might even squirt a few inches. Just never think it is urine, totally trust that it is the ejaculation. The proof will be that sheets do not smell of ammonia, they are just wet.

To ejaculate more, be well hydrated. One time I ate watermelon before sex, and I was gushing noticeably more, which pleased my boyfriend.

Although I did not master yet to orgasm and squirt together.

A female reader, anonymous, writes (21 January 2009):

Squirting is achieved by stimulation of the prostate (yes women have one too). When stimulated, it fills with fluid. During orgasm the fluid either comes out (if you relax the muscles) or remains in the prostate until the next time you pee. The trick is not holding the feeling of urinating back. And no, it's not something special only a few women can achieve. Every woman has a prostate, therefore every woman produces this fluid. Some women come into their bladder, but most can learn to release the fluid. It's all about practice and your partner. Don't put too much pressure on squirting. Keep practicing and it'll happen.

First you have to be totally comfortable with your body. I can squirt multiple times. Each one as good or better than before. If you enjoy what you do and your partner or B.O.B do. then you will squirt. Some times it is like niagra falls and very intense. My mate has the perfect hands and puts my pleasure first before his. He knows he will be repaid with interest willingly!!! take time to enjoy the discovery! you will be glad you did. The G spot is a soft pillowy spot in the front if he massages it or rubs it or want ever turns you on and makes it feel good. yes you might feel a bit of pressure and intense inside orgasm just go with it. Let it happen.

I squirted for the first time about 20 years ago while masterbating. I thought it was pee, but cuz it felt so good I kept doing it anyways. Then I had my first child and could not do it anymore. I therefore think it has a lot to do with muscle control. It was not till about a year ago when I was with my new husband that it happened again. Now I know what it is and thank my stars that I can do it again. The key for me is hitting the G spot, and stimulating my clit at the same time BUT not letting myself have a clitoral orgasm. Hold out for the G spot orgasm... you will be glad you did

A female reader, anonymous, writes (16 December 2007):

Be well-hydrated, relaxed, and please note...you don't squirt out of your clitoris. It's still out of your urethra (the same opening you pee from), but it's not urine (some say it doesn't have ammonia like urine does, but is otherwise identical). In addition, have you partner learn about locating your g-spot (if he's found it, you will feel a sensation of pleasure and like you need to pee). Use a vibrator on your clitoris if you'd like while your man is fingering your g-spot.

Have fun!

I've only managed to do this with one particular boyfriend who i felt really relaxed with and who turned me on. There were only two postions i was able to do it. The first was with him lying down and me on top. I had to lean backwards instead of forwards so that his penis was hitting my g spot in the right place and then i had to to totally relax while he was being totally patient waiting for me to do it...it actually feels as though you're going to pee but just go with it...the other position is with me on my back, him on top and am my legs up on his shoulders - so he's thrusting deep into me on my g-spot...all this has to be done slowly.... Good luck x
