 well i would advice start off by talking to him like today for a while then after a week or so start flirting e.g put your arm around him greeting him with a hug or a kiss on the cheek only him no other guy or else he wont get the message meeting privately and hanging out as freinds, hell get the msg then that you like him. Then obvously youll get a contct number of his and if he hasnt done nothing about the flirting like comeing on to you then maybe texting him and telling him you want to be with him or telling him to his face or maybe you makeing the first move and kissing him.
