writes:Im going out with this boy who i love so much anyways tonight we were talking on msn messenger and a 'slut' who i kind of know somehow got his msn address and told him lots of lies about me and he turned all funny on me. Then i got all upset and told my best mate who then told him that im not a slag which is what the 'slut' told him and we just wern't really talking and then he went because he obviously had enough of it all and i think hes planning on trying to make me jelous so i want him even more if you somehow get me. I just want to know really how i can get him to think hes real lucky to have me and i'm not just a push over that he thinks can get away with stuff. Hes very popular with the girls so i know he can easily get someone else in a flash if he wanted hes the kind of boy who can click his fingers and he can get any girl running to him. Anyways i don't want you all to think hes a prick or anything! Any help would be great thanks xx

reader, anonymous, writes (12 September 2006): Well, you and this other girl are slinging names around - you call her one thing, she calls you another, then you refer to this boy you like as a "pr--k" - why don't you just forget about him AND her? Sounds as though the guy is fed up with both of you at this point!
You can probably find some other guy you'd like better than him, anyway, and stay away from this other girl!

reader, anonymous, writes (12 September 2006): Well you should stop trying to please him so much, look after yourself more, he will like that inner confidence. Have you been out on many dates? If he is worth his grain he will realise what kind of girl you are by your actions, not other people words. Stick with it, - remember, he may be able to get any girl, - dbut that other girl is not you!!!! Good luck. J x
