 there isn't any easy way of moving on as yummy mummy has said but what i say is. try keeping busy take up a new activity of some sort. go out with your firends to take your mind off things. maybe try reflecting back on the relationship and highlighting what and where you think things went on and try to move on from that. it's not going to be easy as you were together for 3 years but its not impossible. oh and try to keep away from her as much as possible because it want get any easier if your around her alot
