dont get your friends to ask her, vice versa.
To tell if she likes you or not should be obvious, she should look at you, look away and then look back a short time later. She should laugh at most of your jokes and she should give you a friendly smile when your eyes meet.
I hope this helps, but what girls like is a guy that takes a risk, ask her out yourself! goodluck

 tell her. dont get a mates to do it. that puts a girl off. be romantic buy just one red rose or something like that and c how she acts when you give her it and then ask her out. then you willl know 4 sure. dont go out and buy something that puts a hole in ur pocket. just somethink little but shows you thought about her.

I have tryed this sometimes it works and other times is dosent but I found if you ask her and not throught friends she might think your imature trust me man ask her what is the worst she can say no take a chane. A very famous poet said (It's better to love and lost than ever love at all) So my friend take the bull by the horns and go for it.A poem might help of a compliment.
