How can I ensure I don't lose my Bf if his family move a long distance away?

A female United Kingdom age 26-29, anonymous writes:

I'm 14 and 15 in November and my boyfriend is 14 as well and he is 15 in September.

We have been together for over a year now and we are madly in love! I spend a lot of time with him (we go to the same high school, we live about 5 minutes away from each other and I have a close relationship with his family)

However recently his dad has decided to resign from his job (very good job) as the company is having problems

Therefore my Bf's family want to move away and sell the house. They were thinking about moving to a long distance away.

This would mean a long distance relationship :-( My mum doesn't drive as well. I really don't want to lose him because he is my best friend as well :'( Any advice on what I could do?
