A female United States age 30-35, *hadow Sphinx writes:

So, I'm in a new relationship and he's the biggest I've ever been with. He likes to eat me out, or go down on me or whatever, but whenever he does, my vagina makes this farting noise. It's completely embaressing for me, and completely takes me out of the mood. He says it doesnt bother him, but still its extremely embaressing. I would really love to just let him be able to go down on me without making this horrrific noise. Can someone tell me how to stop it?

Haha, the first time I ever had a fling (as in sex that wasn't in a relationship), it happened to me. I was with this gorgeous guy and he was licking me out, and all of a sudden I did this massive queef! I was shocked and so was he! I think he thought that I'd actually farted. It was so awful, after that I never called him again!

I notice that it usually happens when you're with someone who is quite big. It happens all the time with me and my current boyfriend, especially when he pulls out or when we do it doggy style. Although I still don't like it, and if often distracts me from sex, he says he doesn't mind because it means that he's giving me a good shag. Eventually I will get over it, and so will you -- it's just a part of being a girl. (:

person12345 agony auntIt's called queefing and it happens to almost everyone. It's just trapped air escaping and no, there's no way to hold it in or stop it. Most say it gets worse in positions where there is deep penetration, like doggy or girl on top. I'm sure he honestly doesn't mind, or he wouldn't say so. Just start laughing at it, even if you don't mean it at first, and eventually you'll be able to get used to it. This advice is spot on:

"ignore it and enjoy gettin some head lol because he's still enjoying giving it."

Sex isn't like a Disney movie, we're human. We smash into each other, bang teeth together, accidentally knee or elbow or kick or smash each other, make weird noises and smells and fluids, that's just how sex is. It's a pretty ridiculous act and ridiculous hilarious goofy things happen all the time. Like farting out your vagina, hitting your head on the wall, him slipping out and poking you hard. The only way to have really good sex is to realize these things happen and learn to laugh at them and move on quickly.

Andulikeittoo agony auntIts trapped air from certain positions. Try having oral before intercourse, and if that's not what's doing it, google it. I'm sure you will find the cause and make it better :D.

It's called a queef.

It can be pretty embarassing.

They used to come out involuntarily when I was doing sit ups in gym class. Very, very embarassing.

I avoided certain sexual positions entirely because of it.

I tended to queeve a lot when I was a teenager, but then they just went away as I got older.

They still happen occassionally, but I've never met anyone who stopped having sex with me because of it.

I'm lmao because I can remember when the same thing happened to me for the first time it's called qweffing lol but I was so disgusted and embarassed when it happened that I wanted him to stop what he was doing and just leave me alone while I figure out what the heck happened lol. Its truly nothing to worry about or be ashamed of, it's just the wetness and air being compressed by his tongue and etc. It's unnerving at first but ignore it and enjoy gettin some head lol because he's still enjoying giving it.
