Do you think he still likes me???

 If he's been talking about your technique to other guys that's not generally a good sign. At your age, his friends are going to interpret that as meaning that you're easy.
Do try to be a kid a little longer, darling. There'll be a lot of time to enjoy sex when you;re older, trust me!

 For one 13-15 you're too young to be engaging in oral sex. Be a kid don't worry about being a sexually charged teen..it kills me how times have changed. I didn't give first blow job till 17, even that's young. It sounds like he wanted to talk to you again and then when you didn't smile back that gave him a bad message. He feels snubbed by you so now he's talking to his friends about the oral sex you gave him. The reference to big sticks, and clicking noise with his tongue sounds to me like he's talking about the blow job. It could be in a good way, of where he compliments your technique or it could be in a bad way of "hey, she'll probably give anyone a blow job".
