 Guys don't play hard to get. It sounds like he's only interested in having his cake and eating it too, i.e. playing the field and seeing a bunch of women rather than limiting himself to one. I agree with CaringGuy here, he's not after anything more than adding another notch, forget him and move on.

reader, anonymous, writes (20 October 2010): I know its annoying when stuff like this happens best thing to do well what i do is delete the number off your phone then you wont be able to txt him if your bored or get an urge and if he txtes you jus say u dont like the fact that hes sleeping around even though you are nothing official its just not your kind of thing an you dont want to get involved in that kind of situation. be calm an all that saying it to him act like you dont care in a nic way not a moody way then hell jus think your a cool down to eath girl which you prob are anyway bu if he thinks your getting angry about it he will only love the fact your jealous

Decent guys don't. And guys playing hard to get also don't act this way. The guy you're texting is as you thought - a pig. And you can take that from another guy. There is no way I'd treat a woman like this, and no way any other decent guy would. He's just after notches on a bed post.
