Just be thankful and don't read into it. He'll let you know in his own time. You both are still young so date one another.
It has no other meaning unless he says so.

It could just be a symbol of his love and you should not read anymore into it cause marriage is a big step and you dont want to rush because if you do yall relationship is not going to work it not going to end up with a happy ending so dont rush into marriage slow down and take you time yall only 20 years old.
