 Yes i think he likes you simple as that. Im with a guy now who isnt so lovey dovey but you know what sometimes those are the best guys cause you know when they finally do say something lovey they mean it and arent just saying it to get it over with. Hope things work for you guys:)

 It can be hard to tell from such little information if he likes you or not, but yes it is clear he is trying to grab your attention, so why not just see how it goes. Try flirting with him lightly or ask him would he like to meet up some time to catch a movie or lunch.
