 it sounds like he is either using you for something or that he is embarrased by you...so take a hint or clue and leave this guy alone its not worth it...trust me....you should be more confident and aggressive not to let this guy walk on you like this...give him the boot.....because having secrets like that ....are not good......and he will always hide stuff from you as you continue so leave it alone.......if he liked you he would want the world to know......think about it.

 It sounds like he doesn't want any other girls finding out because they would act differently around him. This is quite a bit of time to be kept a secret, I would start to question why. You should definitely talk to him and see what his excuse is.
