writes:Mmhhhm..technology is a wonderful thing but sometimes it gets annoying. Such as, my girlfriend and I were riding in the car talking(her dad :( was driving us) her friends txt her a lot and that's fine so do mine. But when we are talking or not and just enjoying each others company she pulls it out often. She txt her friend goodbye and her friend txts back saying "fine goodbye" like she was trying to make my gf feel bad for it. I said "Don't txt her back she said bye." Later when we arrive at my house her dad and us sit down on the porch and he is like "You have no right to be possessive of her. Don't make her choose her friends or you." I said "I didn't think it was a big deal."he said, "that's it you don't think its a big deal at all and it is."I said,"No i mean i didn't think it was a big deal that she was txting."And he went on about how I was being possessive. He was mad, he was like shaking..I tend to find this really weird and I want to make things better with him even tho it's done and over with about it but I feel like talking to him more about it to smooth things a little more. any THoughts feelings and how to deal with this??  That is no where near possesive. You were just trying to express your opinion on texting. I mean maybe because of the way you said it he might have thought that . So that is why when we are around differnt people always find a way to connect to them and the way they are . But besides that just go with your opinion and be confident in your answer and then I am sure it will go on from there. And texting unfortunately blame it on the technology this evolution is in .. but we are just followers for now not yet leaders.

once and he did the same thing.except it was with my
causin nd he though it was my friend boy..and my dad got really mad and said he should stop trying to control me ..so he took him back home..but like 3 days later he came to my house and he brought me flowers and chocolates and gave them to me infront of my dad my dad smiled and he just whent on with his business so ..you should try that..
