 If you really like her and she you, then she must do the right thing.
It will hurt the boyfriend a lot more to be kept in the dark.
You both need to talk and discuss if your feelings are worth it.

reader, anonymous, writes (18 December 2006): its not for attention as far as im aware, she has told me she loved me, and has hung up on her bf when i was in trouble....i stopped breathing. and she has said things to me, and we have had the conversations that her and her bf havent had, and are needed in a relationship.

 are you sure she likes you and not just the attention, as her boyfreind does work away alot so she ardly has attention of any one and she may get the attention she desprately been craveing for from you! but if she is not happy with her boyfreind and would preferre to be with you then maybe suggesting to her to finish with him so you 2 can be together but keep it a secret for a while untill her boyfreinds completely over her then letting it out in the open.
