Hi - I have a lot of anxiety problems and I'm afraid to fall asleep when my boyfriend stays the night! - I look awful first thing in the morning and worry my fella will wake and see me! I also snore and I worry my boyfriend won't like it! - What should I do as I love my boyfriend - but this hinders me!

Have you taken a look at your boyfriend first thing in the morning? Is he still radiant in his Prince Charming aura?

Just as Tasteofindia and CaringGuy say, relax he will love the way you look first thing. Just as I bet that you love how he looks in the morning.

Thanks for all your reassurances - I panic a lot and it causes sleep problems! - I just wondered if anyone else was like this too!

He loves you and that's all that matters. And a woman always truly looks her best when she's just woken up. This is the only time we ever get to see you for who you are! Relax!

TasteofIndia agony auntWell, let's be honest. If you keep this up, you're going to be exhausted. You'll be falling asleep during dinner and mid bed romp.

Men love women first thing in the morning... no matter what you look like. It's the real you, the honest you and it's a privilege that he gets to see you "behind the scenes". And hey, you snore? So do 30% of other women. And that's habitually. So you're not in the minority. He loves you for YOU, snoring, bed head and all.

If your boyfriend is crazy about you, he's just going to be happy to be sleeping next to you. Don't worry about what you look like!! You look beautiful to him.

Good luck, sweetness!

lets see, first of all i know you think you look so much different in the morning, but really you probably dont. Research shows that men actully prefer woman in the morning with no make up and messed up hair.

Well to a degree! please dont get hung up on it, i used to have a freind who would set her alarm an hour before her fella was due to get up and go to the bathroom and get ready! so he never saw her when she was just woke up, but the thing is, being together in our natural state creates more intimacy, you dont want to sacrifice the early morning cuddles that you can experience, because your up and outta bed before he wakes! i know i used to get paranoid about morning breath, and i would get up and brush my teeth if i thought that a little bit of hanky panky would be on the cards, but this soon ended as i realised he was never gonna dump me for a bit of morning breath, as i wouldnt have dumped him!

as for the snoring, if he loves you it wont matter, i always said i would never get with someone who snores, or who has chest hair, and my fella has both!

i also found out from him that i grind my teeth, so i was keeping him awake with that and he would wake me up with his snoring, but because we love each other we worked it out, i wear ear plugs, so i cant hear him, and i was fitted for a mouth guard which means im not damaging my teeth when i sleep and also he doesnt have to deal with the noise.

so dont sweat it hunny just relax and enjoy having him in ure bed xx
