writes:I have recently been having headaches after materbating, i dont know why, this is only recently its happened 3 times in a row now and i dont know why. iv had sex before and masterbated without any problems before. its only been this week. When i used to have sex with my ex girlfriend we used to have it at least once a day so i dont know what the problem is. im only masterbating once a day if that. i dont know if this is serious or just nothing. You are probubly straining and working furriously to get yourself off in a short time. Are you holding your breath? Are you holding your head up and stiffening your neck? Is there an excessive amount of tension in your working shoulder/arm? All of these can lead to a headache since there is so much tension in the neck and brachial area of the body once orgasm is reached. Try to allow yourself more time in as private of an area as possible. It's important that you are relaxed and not too tense.
