I have finally met a great guy, he is friends with my 2 best girlfriends and I think he might be someone I can have a serious relationship with. He is just getting over a broken heart and wants to take things slow which I can completly understand. I invited him to my small party and when we were alone he kissed me. My best friends found out about this and behind my back got angry with him...but I dont know why, he had kissed me once before and no one said boo. My friends didnt even tell me they had a problem with this. What is going on? the guy says that he still wants to go out and were taking things perhaps slower...but why would my friends do this? They both have long term relationships and act like their happy for me that I finally found a good guy. But behind my back they seem to want me to be alone. Any advice or insight on this?? Im desperate to understand!

peaches83 agony auntThis is a weird one, do they know something about him maybe that you dont?

Try questioning your friends about why they reacted like this.

If been with him makes you happy and you are willing to take things at a pace i say go for it.

Good luck

angel of love agony auntif your friends are okay with it to your face and not behind your back then it most likely that they feel as if they are losing you to your boyfriend...a lot of friends don't like it when you give a lot of the attention on your boyfriend and less on them...when they feel left out they express their feelings in different ways...they may just want to protect you and make sure that this guy is for real...who knows...maybe they know something about him that you don't...just sit them down and talk it out. it's best if you get to the rute of this situation before its too late...hope i helped....
