A female Ireland age 36-40, anonymous writes:

I have been seeing this guy for approximately 6 months and it was going really well saw each other alot, texted/called etc,

That has slowly decreased now but he still texts me weekly it seems and asks me if i fancy meeting up etc so anyway the latest time he asked me to choose where i would like to go so i did, but i kept it open with different options so he could choose to but he was adamant that we should go where i wanted to so i chose.

Anyway, he then proceeded to reschedule it to a different day a couple of days before going which i was ok with but then on the day we were supposed to meet up he seemed less than enthusiastic in his texts and basically making excuses, it felt to me like he just didnt want to go.

I sent him a text explaining all this, saying i felt that he didnt want to go and i am very annnoyed at the way he is treating me. I dont know where to proceed from here....let him go and just be friends? or give him another chance to redeem himself?

Redeem himself of what, his poor acting skills of pretending like he hasnt lost some interest or is perhapes bored. You cant force him to feel differently, but you can try to make it fun again, spice it up again. Thats all i really can say about this from what i can see, but its your choice, could still go either way.

Oh and last note, there could possible be someone else now being how things have slowed up.
