Slow down - you're far too young to be kissing boys. You have a lot of growing up to do yet. Crushes - which is what you have - are fun, and a learning to love experience, which is normal for your age.

 Have you tried asking your brother? It's his friend so he might have his phone number, or email or msn. If that's too direct you could ask your brother about him and try to set up some kind of accidental meeting. Maybe he'll come round to visit your brother some time?
