ive had this situation.
he probly does atill lvoe you,love is hard to go away.He just dosnt want history to repeat itself to soon.

 tell him exactly what you just said.tell him that you love him and if he loves you then you guys should go back out!when he broke up with you,that means he wanted to take a break and test the waters,which i think is totally stupid cuz if you love someone then you should be with them and if you dont then break up,cuz if he wants to test the waters then he obviously doesnt love you.but just tell him how you feel.ok hunn.
