He gets his mom to do things for me because he thinks I'm too young to handle it! How can I make him stop this?

Hi there I want to ask a question me and my man have been together for 1 year and he still asks his mom to do things for me, he thinks that I dont know how to do stuff like call to pay a bill. he thinks im too young to do that, I mean come on im 18 years old and I want to learn how to do stuff like that. I need to know what should I do with him to stop telling his mom do stuff that im responsible to do?
