Email him and tell him you accept his over.( that will / should shake him up) Then see if he has a change of heart. If you do no hear anything back within two weeks, accept it's over, but within that time, DO NOTHING!! stay silent!! it may hurt, but at least you will find out if he is serious that way. xx let us know how it goes. xx

Break ups need to be grieved. You are still in the bargaining phase. This is demonstrated by you wanting him back. Its okay. We've all been there. But he has told you his piece. Now you must do the hard thing and begin to accept it.

Ive just gone through a ver recent breakup myself and i've been devastated and an emotional wreck. However , there comes a point where you need to realize your self worth. Accept, that this situation does not define who you are. Don't let this grief take over your life. It is important to acknowledge it but do not let it stain every day of your life.

Often times, we feel that we'll never find a person whose made us feel the way they did. However, this is not true. It is just the sadness and fear controlling our thoughts and emotions.

You will be OKAY. Trust in this.

Lets just be friends is not always the easiest thing to hear especially from someone tha you really like. But you should really think about why he could have said u shud just be friends. There ar reasons y couples fight and there is something called irreconcillable differences. Am sure you have tried to make things better but he just isnt tyrng anymore.

When you are in a relationship its a 2way street and when the other person stops to meetn u half way then its time to accept it and move on. Tryn to get him back will just mean that he probably is doin u a fav or he doesnt want to hurt your feelings but u will always be the one tryn to work things out...thats stressful because we always desire to get back wat we give...its human n more woman!

Alternatively, he could have met someone else and he is just tryng to end things in a civilised manner or let u down easy. Accept that it is over...u knw what they say u will never meet the new awsome guy waiting for u outside your door if u kant stop chatting the guy in uo backyard.

Honeypie agony auntYou can't make him want to be with you again, and honestly staying friends is NOT going to help you in any way, form or shape.

Stayc63088 agony auntThere's nothing you can do unfortunately. He doesn't want to be with you anymore and you need to move on from him. One should never beg for a person, you should want someone who wants to be with you as much as you want to be with them. And begging is really just pushing him farther away. I'm sorry it's not what you want to hear. Break ups are very tough and sometimes we think we can't possibly move on, I've definitely been there. You will be okay I promise you. Stop contact with him though because it only makes it harder on you to accept that he's finished with the relationship. Chin up, it will all be fine in time.
