 Well... chances are that she could get pregnant.If he truly didn't cum then chances are less but then again he may have had pre-cum that could have some sperm in it or may have cummed a little without knowing or just say he didnt. If one truly does not want to have a child, then it's best to always protect oneself or not have sex at all.
