I think that all (or at least most) guys will agree with me, making noise is good. I don't think you need to be making crazy sex noises, but breathing deeply or moaning when it feels good is always good.
It lets your partner know that you're enjoying yourself. Not to mention, when you let yourself go it will feel better for YOU as well! During your first time you should take your time, be really open and have fun together.
