Last night when my partner performed oral sex on me, the "head" area felt like it was being tickled more than anything else. It wasn't pleasurable, it was pretty uncomfortable all in all. I had to make her stop after just a few seconds.Anybody else feel this way, or could this be some kind of irregularity with my body?

reader, anonymous, writes (12 September 2008): hi im 20 and have the same problem. i was searching on google and found ur post. yea recently when a girl tried to give me a blow job, it felt good but at same time, it felt more tickled, like u said. so i started to laugh, and she thought i was laughing at her. anyway, she stopped after half a minute, and i couldnt have continued anyway because i wouldve kept laughing. also when a girl rubs my penis through the underwear, it hurts my glans (the front part). or, if the underwear is off, and her hand touches it, it also hurts. these last two seems to be a common problem for uncircumcised penis, judging from online posts, but the tickling is really annoying! (and seems to be a rare problem).

 A few men have a specific "spot" usually near the head of their penis that contains almost all of their sensitive nerves. It is somewhat an abnormality, and according to my readings, fairly rare. But since you report that your difficulty has never been a previous problem, then medical consultation may be advised.

It's just an uncomfortable feeling, exactly on the point where it is rubbed or otherwise touched. However, this feeling has never occurred during penetration.
Strangely, these feelings never really occurred with my previous girlfriend, particularly in oral sex. I guess she just didn't use her tongue as much as my latest partner, but this confuses me, because I would have thought that using tongue would have normally INCREASED my pleasure. I know this just means that next time I need to ask her to use her tongue left, but I'm still concerned about this feeling. It isn't exactly painful, but there is a sort of stinging sensation... enough to make me stop her doing it, so that must give you some idea of how uncomfortable this feeling is.

Never been a problem for me, thank goodness. I'm confused how penile attention could feel anything less than desirable stimulation with only a bit of a tickling sensation.

I have had this sensation before as well if i touch there, but im not exactly sure of this "sensation" you speak of. How does it feel? Does it hurt/feel uncomfortable only when... what texture does it feel? if you were to touch there, when are when it would feel most uncomfortable (when you first touch there, middle, let go- or all)
