writes:hey i was just wondering if theres a good way to show a guy you like him without being lame or whatever? theres this guy i like (we are in high school) and hes a year older than me so we arent in any of the smae classes but whenever i see him i smile or joke around with him. we flirt with eachother and i have a mega crush on him, and i think he might like me a little bit, but he just broke up with his girlfriend so its kinda weird. i really like him and i want him to know without having to tell him? if that makes sense. thanks!

reader, anonymous, writes (15 March 2009): it makes perfect sence. ur protecting urself from getting hurt in a way just incase he doesnt like u or its too soon for him because he just got out of a relationship. if it was a long relationship like over a year i wouldnt try anything too soon that could ruin any chances u might of had. if it was that long of a relationship chances are hes over it and it sounds like he likes u if u dont want to directly say it try asking him if he going to the football or backetball game if hes not into sports try asking him if hes going to an ucoming party it best to get close to someone out side of school not in school u shouldnt just say hey i really like u it is cheesy and u r the girl u want him to confront u if he likes u . and if none of that works u could try haveing ur friend confront his friend and just have her say omg u realy like his friend and the just have her walk away n he will tell the guy u like and he might confront u and then u have a choice of denying it or saying really cuz she told me u really liked me and wait for his answer there many difrent ways u can play around with it without haveing to say i like u. hope i was some sort of help good luck to you i hope verthing works out:)
