writes:I have a girlfriend with 3 kids who are not my own. I provide for them in every way, even paying for her school but I don't get any respect from her. The kids respect me more than she does. I really want to leave her but knowing that the kids will be in a bad situation it makes it hard for me to. What can or should I do? Reply to this Question

I understand your concern about her children. It sounds like you are a very honorable man. However, I'm sure once you are free of this woman, she'll will promptly find some other unfortunate guy's wallet to drain.

Ask her why she has so little respect for you and tell her that if it wasn't for the kids you would consider leaving.
This may shock her into talking about the relationship and trying to fix things.
