I would give him a chance but don't have sex with him.
You are underage so if you don't want to and he buggers off them you know that's all he was after.
Go out with him but be very careful with your feelings and don't have sex with him till you are 16.
If he waits and is faithful all that time then you know he's a really nice guy and worth hanging onto.
