 Everyone you want or don't want to go out with is going to have something that you probably dissagree with but don't let one thing pull you away.
Don't rush things if theres some you like just get closer slowly.

It doesn't matter that the girls don't want to get out with you. No-one wants to go out with me either. I've liked loads of people but no joy. Your standards may be high but don't bring them down loads. Girls respect boys who know what they want.
If the Girls you don't want then let them down gently. If the girls you do like don't wanna go out with you, who cares?? One day you'll find someone. Be friends with these girls then it may get o9n to something.

 if your friend is right then try to bring your "standards" back down, nobody is perfect.
try different clubs and activities and get to know the girls you like better...maybe they will see a different side to you that they really like
