writes: (GIRLS ONLY)I just started that process where you take birth control pills so that you only have your period 4 times a year. I was wondering if anybody else has or is doing that, because I wanted to know if then when you DO get your period if it's really heavy since you're releasing all the blood you've held for 3 months.Thanks :)

 here is a page that should answer alot of questions for you. not having a period regularly can cause problems for some people but you have to try different ones to find the one that fits you.. some like the coil or some like the implant others like pills. take a look and see which one you think would suit you best / with the side affects that may occur. hope this helps aphex xx
